The Secretary General’s Youth Advisory on Climate Change

On Earth Day, Peace Boat will join our partners at March for Science for a full day focused on Climate Action. In partnership with YOUNGO, the official youth constituency at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), we will be highlighting young climate leaders from across the globe who are spearheading climate action. Not only are we are honored to feature all seven of the UN Secretary General’s youth advisers – representing every major region of the world – but we have the privilege of being joined by Secretary-General of the UN, António Guterres!  Peace Boat’s Ocean and Climate Youth Ambassador, Eve Isambourg and Peace Boat US Director, Emilie McGlone will present about our work for climate action and ocean conservation.
